Diversity Programs Design Manager
As a Diversity Programs Design Manager at Google, Lucy works to level the playing field for communities that have inequitable access to technology and economic opportunity. She manages the global Accelerate with Google Community Events program which delivers web education for small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and professionals whose community is underrepresented online. Since the program’s launch, Lucy has managed the participation of hundreds of Googlers in events across 15 countries reaching 135,000 people. Lucy also consults internal teams and leaders on inclusive strategies and product design to drive bottom line impact. Additionally, she is the former Chapter Lead for the New York chapter of the Hispanic Googler Network which is committed to representing the voice of the Latino community within and outside of Google. She was selected and recognized as a 2018 Young Hispanic Corporate Achiever by the Hispanic Association on Corporate Responsibility (HACR).
In her spare time, Lucy is passionate about mentoring minority youth in their path toward higher education and Corporate America. She is a mentor for Management Leadership for Tomorrow and serves as a Board Member for Soledad O’Brien’s PowHERful Foundation. Born in Peru and raised in Athens, Georgia, Lucy received her B.B. A. in Management and International Business from The University of Georgia.

Bonnie started her banking career in 2009 at Citibank, and from 2013 through 2015, she closed over $100 million in business. With over 15 years of experience, providing and delivering excellence in this ever-changing world of mortgages, she is one of the best in the business. Her mortgage career began 15 years ago as Pricing Manager at Preferred Empire Mortgage, one of the biggest brokerage firms in New York at the time, where she managed over 200 Loan Officers and a one-billion-dollar pipeline. Bonnie also gives back by hosting continuing education classes for brokers where she teaches the latest mortgage industry standards and requirements.

Johanna Salazar is an Executive Producer and Partner at Two Goats, an Immersive Creators Studio in NYC with an Award Winning team. With over 17 years of experience in TV Production, Content Strategy and Format Development, she has a history of launching Linear and Digital networks for US and Global Audiences. Johanna has produced and developed multi-million dollar shows, franchises and productions, integrated new and emerging technologies into creative storytelling, and loves making sense of data. As the Co-Founder of Two Goats, Johanna has overseen and developed work for NBCU, TELEMUNDO, EPIX, A&E, Food Network, BBC, YouTube, Cirque Du Soleil, Toyota, Sprint, Lamborghini, Audi, Land Rover, SONY Music, FIFA and many other brands and networks. Formerly, Vice President of Production Planning & Operations for the Content Management & Production Technologies Group at Viacom, for the following brands: MTV, VH1, LOGO, Comedy Central, SPIKE, CMT, TV Land & Paramount Network. In 2009, Johanna launched the Miami Chapter of Young Women Social Entrepreneurs. In 2010, Johanna received an MBA with a focus on International Business from Florida International University.

Julia Carias-Linares is a producer and television executive whose career trajectory has taken her into TV, motion pictures, short films, commercials and digital content. Julia’s expertise is in sourcing projects, developing talent and securing intellectual properties. She has worked for three of A+E Television Networks’ brands – Lifetime, A&E and fyi. She was part of the Development and Programming team that produced some of the top-rated series for fyi network including Married Life (2017 Primetime Emmy Consideration), Married At First Sight (2015 Critics Choice Awards Nominee), Seven Year Switch and many more. In 2017, she executive produced Kiki Mobile, a one-hour, weekly magazine show on-wheels and the 2019 Omni Cultural TV Fest in partnership with NATPE. As a fearless entrepreneur, Carias-Linares is known for creating opportunities for herself which is why it’s not surprising she leveraged her love for interior design and background in television home shows to bid for a home staging job with one of NYC’s top luxury residential real estate brokers. In December 2016, she launched JCL Staging & Design, and rapidly building it into a bold and well sought out brand by top brokers in the luxury residential real estate market in New York City.
